🧑🎓 For Students – Subscription Plan (₹999)

✅ Refund Eligibility:
A 100% refund is available within 7 days of purchase.
The refund will only be applicable if less than 10% of the content is accessed.
❌ No Refund If:
You cancel after 7 days of enrollment.
You have consumed more than 10% of the course material.
You have received a certificate or availed counselling.

Send an email to support@prolearnbharat.com with your payment receipt and reason for cancellation.

✅ Refund Eligibility:
Plan 1 (₹5,000): No refund after account activation and access to AI Studio is granted.
Plan 2 (₹15,000):
50% refund if canceled within 5 days of payment AND if recording/editing hasn't started.
No refund after services (recording/editing/homepage feature) begin.
❌ No Refund If:
Any service has already been rendered (recording/editing etc.).
Cancellation is requested after 5 days.

🏛️ For Colleges & Universities – Institutional Plan (₹1,49,000 per semester)
Inclusions:
LMS access for faculty & students
AI Studio for academic content creation
Unlimited certification programs
Gamified learning experience
30 hours of industry-led Guest Lectures on AI, Digital Marketing, Soft Skills, etc.
3-hour NAAC-oriented Faculty Development Program
✅ Refund Eligibility:
75% refund if cancellation is made within 10 days of invoice/payment AND no service has been delivered.
Partial refunds may be approved based on the number of components already delivered.
❌ No Refund If:
Guest lectures or LMS integration has begun.
Access to institutional accounts or LMS has been granted.
NAAC FDP has been scheduled or conducted.
💡How to Request:
Please send a cancellation request on the institution’s letterhead to institutional@prolearnbharat.com within the applicable refund window.
🔁 Refund Process Timeline
All refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refunds will be made to the original source of payment.
