This Data Deletion Instruction outlines how you can request the deletion of your personal information from our systems, and how we handle such requests in accordance with Indian IT laws, industry best practices, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data protection guidelines.
1. Right to Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we collect and process, including:
Your name, email, and phone number
Account credentials
Course progress and purchase history
Uploaded documents or assessments
Any other personally identifiable information (PII)
2. How to Request Deletion
To request data deletion:

Include the following details:
Registered Name
Registered Email ID
Phone Number (optional)
Reason for deletion (optional)
Mention: “I request permanent deletion of my data and account from Pro-Learn Bharat.”
📱 In-App Request (If applicable):
Navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account, and submit your deletion request through the platform.
3. What Happens After You Request Deletion
Once we receive your request:
✅ We will verify your identity within 72 hours.
✅ Upon successful verification, we will delete all personal data within 7 business days.
✅ You will receive a confirmation email after the deletion is complete.
4. Data That Will Be Deleted
We will permanently delete:
Your user profile
Payment and course history (excluding legally required invoice records)
Course progress, certificates, and uploads
Communication history
5. Data Retained (If Required by Law)
Some data may be retained only if required for:
Legal compliance (e.g., tax records or transaction receipts)
Fraud prevention
Security audit trails for a limited period (as per IT Act, 2000 & amendments)
Such data will be securely stored and access-restricted as per Google Cloud’s encryption and audit policy standards.
6. Google Cloud Compliance
All user data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), which complies with:
ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, and 27018 standards
Encryption of data at rest and in transit
Role-based access control and regular audits
Secure deletion methods per Google Cloud Data Deletion documentation
Once deletion is initiated, data is erased across our platform and associated GCP services, following Google Cloud’s secure deletion protocols.
7. Important Notes
Data deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Your access to the account, courses, certificates, and history will be removed.
If you have subscribed to any recurring services, ensure they are canceled before deletion.
